NO TITLE

Im a grown ass woman but one of my biggest fears in life = clowns.
I dont care what anyone says, they are scary and IT ( the movie , Stephen King) did nothing but provide liability. But this commercial is truly awesome. I watched it twice!! But seriously though why do clowns always have to be involved in some shiesty shit in the most unnecessary settings , a hospital son?? SMH

A PORCELAIN AFFAIR ......

Have you ever been to someone's house and seen the stupidest pieces of porcelain and wanted to chuck it out a window?? You know the one's where the there are children playing with a pup or a man serenades a woman with a baroque guitar?? Well thanks to UK based artist Barnaby Barford you'll find these porcelains with a twist in my apartment. The collection called The Good, The Bad, The Belle (one-off ceramic pieces exploring notions of lost youth), they are so DOPE (w. some in a twisted humor sort of way). They are definitely not the kinds you would find at Grandma Ethel's house, with some themes being a kid eating a Micky D's sandwich, a family sitting down to KFC, or a kid recording a beatdown on his camera which is actually called "Do It Again I Didnt Press Record" . Pure Genius.

ONE FIERCE BUNNY ....

Fifi Lapin!! The most fashionable bunny you've ever seen in your life. Elle Magazine called her " the most stylish bunny" and this is a fact. Her best friend Ruby Gatta (a cat ) is equally as chic, while her "boy" Sonny Hare, looks way to cool for school( and is rumored to be Fifi's boyfriend) Obviously these arent real animals (ok im sure someone has dressed up animals like this) but drawing of a bunny and her friends in todays fashionable clothing. Ms. Lapin is currently making a scence at LeSportsac, where she liks is the new Artist In Residence, taking the spot from Tokidoki. Some bag prints are already sold out !!! So get yours while they last, this bunny is definitely hopping off the shelves ... ( =p im so chessy)

The Brooklyn Museum's First Saturdays

First Saturdays at The Brooklyn Museum has become a popular event for
young Brooklyn Hipsters and old Brooklyn Hippies. It’
s an event where
Brooklyn-ites can gather around good art, good music, and even better
looking people. The events from 5-11 are free. While looki
ng at the
great art you can buy beer and wine (to me and Kenny’s
sheer
excitement) and dance to the music of the local D.J. they have

selected for the night. I’ve been to 1st Saturdays in the past and for
the most part it’s very crowded, but this last weekend it was
surprisingly comfortable and the exhibits on display this se
ason are
really very nice. So next month if you’re looking for something to do
with your friends, your parents, the guy who is DEFINETLY c
hecking you
out across the room, First Saturday is a great event to go to.
