A TRIP DOWN VINTAGE LANE ....

Tucked away near Fulton Av. and Hasley Av. sits a vintage shop that truly embodies the idea of "VINTAGE" a concept that has time and time again been tarnished by the mainstream. Not Just Vintage is the name of the shop owned and run by two young African American business women Maya and Lamonica. This store is any hipsters dream, with an assortment of accessories, blouses, dress, shoes, bags .. sigh. This weekend I got a chance to expericne their sample sale, which they host every 2nd weekend of the month. Items were 10 - 50% off!!! The sale also housed some underground designers who work was very eccentric and chic. If you ever get a chance, you should definitely visit this little shop of heaven and while you're there you'll realize why its NOT JUST VINTAGE
